We KNOW we picked the right agent to work with! From the very beginning, Dan walked along side of us through this process, as this was the first house we have ever sold. He guided us as we de-cluttered and staged the house, coordinated an excellent photographer to capture the best the house has to offer, and was never more than a phone call or text away when we had questions or needed clarifications throughout the showings. Dan was relentless in his pursuit of prospective buyers for our property and was continually updating us on analytics he was running and sourcing he was doing with other agents and potential buyers. He had so many resources at his fingertips to market our property and follow up on leads. In fact, had he not continued to follow up with a prospect identified in the early weeks on the market, we would have missed out on the buyer that eventually purchased the property a month after looking at it for the first time. Being 8 months pregnant while going through this process, I cannot say enough about how helpful Dan was in completing all those final tasks you don't realize you have to do prior to closing. His genuine care for his clients goes well beyond the call of duty and for that we are so grateful. We hope he never retires, as he will ALWAYS be our go-to real estate agent and adviser!

There are so many great things to say! Dan Brown is the realtor you want! He went above and beyond on multiple occasions, making my fiancé and I feel like the only ones receiving his services. He’s an aggressive competitor and it showed with each house we placed on offer on, not just the one we now call our home. He was an incredible asset to have on our team in the seller’s market that we were shopping in, and we hope he’s still in the field once we’re ready for a new one!
