Thomas Hays

Thomas grew up right here in Indianapolis, attending North Central High School before continuing his education in Bloomington, IN. Over the past ten years, he has honed his skills and passion for service in restaurant hospitality. For seven of those years, he has had the privilege of contributing to the renowned Cunningham Restaurant Group where dedication and excellence were paramount. From bussing tables all the way to executive chef, his dedication to hard work and genuine care for others has been the cornerstone of his career. Thomas could see the joy and fulfillment he could bring to others through his work and it ignited a desire to extend that same mindset into a new realm: real estate.

With nearly 15 years of residence in our dynamic downtown area – spanning both Lockerbie and Fall Creek Place – Thomas witnessed firsthand the evolution of our cityscape. Alongside his incredible family, including his wife and life partner, Caley, and their not-so-small Labrador puppy, Bo, he has embraced the pulse of urban living.
