Awesome!!!! She explained different listings and the process of putting bids in, so we didn't get our hopes up if wasn't accepted. Our previous realtor didn't do this, and we bid on many a house to have our hopes dashed. Carie is straightforward with you, and points things out in the house, that may not have seen on first inspection. So you know if you may have problems and need repairs.
