Aida Pierson

I would like to take a moment of your time to enlighten you regarding the quality of service my wife and I recently received from one of your associates, Realtor Aida Pierson.Aida's commitment to us, her customers, and her unflappable poise throughout this process far exceeded any service experience I can recall.here was a time when excellence in customer service was a given. As you probably know, those days are gone and, like myself, you likely often find yourself questioning why on earth you even do business with that particular establishment for your needs. Then it dawns on you. The service is the same, be it here with sour attitudes and lackluster performance or across the street where the same level of service pathetically exists and is allowed to fester on.

9/27/2011 Dear Landa and Lynn,It has been almost 4 weeks now that my husband and I have been in our new home and we love each day.  We had a vision of our perfect home and we found just that with thanks to Aida Pierson.Aida has been so helpful and friendly since day 1.   Aida was always flexible and willing to work with our busy schedule.  She always offered to pick us up and even treated us to a coffee!  We had heard from family and friends that house hunting can be stressful.  We never felt that way with thanks to Aida.  The day we walked through our current home, Aida could tell our faces lite up.  We were home.  We were nervous as to how the offer and negotiation progress would go, as this was our first home, but Aida was there every step of the way to guide us.  In the next couple days, which included some late responses and the weekend, we had come to an agreement.  Aida was able to schedule a final walk through before closing.  Not to our surprise because of how kind and generous Aida is, there was a welcome home gift for us when we came to the final walk  Even after we moved into the house, Aida has still been in touch and helping us out.   She assisted us with finding a fence company and contacting our HOA.  And then all the little things- where the best restaurants and stores are, local schools, parks/running paths, etc.  We plan to stay in contact with Aida, not only for professional help but because she has been a great friend.All in all, we had a great, memorable experience house hunting and our appreciation goes to Aida.  It is tough to summarize everything in just a short letter, but we wanted you both to know that Aida exceeded our expectations and experience in all areas.  We will definitely highly recommend Aida and F.C.
