This was our first home buying process and it went as smooth as possible due to having Andrew as our realtor. Through the ups and downs of the unpredictable market, he remained very attentive to every little detail, all while being kind and genuine. The best way to sum up our experience with Andrew would be to say: he was more than just our realtor, he was also our friend.

Andrew was very professional and helpful in our finding our condo in Broad Ripple. He arranged multiple viewing as we vacillated between wanting a house our a condo. He patiently helped find the perfect place and walked through the closing and has followed up with us since. We would whole heartedly recommend Andrew as a realtor. Andrew is hands down the best realtor around. He listens to all of your wants and needs and uses this to help you set realistic goals and expectations. He goes out of his way to help you understand the home buying process and he makes everything very easy. The task of purchasing a home can be very overwhelming at times and having Andrew at the helm is one of the best choices you can make. Even though I purchased my home a year ago, he still checks in on me to make sure I’m doing well. I know that I can text him anytime for service recommendations or general questions.

Couldn't recommend enough. To say Andrew cares about his clients and even potential clients would be an understatement. My wife and I were newly engaged and just started looking around to see if we even wanted to move from our current home at the time. We happened to meet Andrew at a showing we checked out and literally only maybe talked to him for about 3-5min and that was that. During that exchange we had talked about our upcoming wedding, which was 5-6 months away. We stopped looking at homes shortly after as we had to buckle down for wedding planning. We got back from our honeymoon and turned our devices back on and couldn't believe that Andrew was wishing us congratulations on our wedding and hoped all went well. That was it. From that point we were sold on Andrew being the realtor for us, because he genuinely cared even though we weren't even looking for one.

Cut to 8 months later and we were moving into our new house. I could write another 2 chapters on the crazy process as we literally hit every pothole (Indiana reference) along the way, but never because of Andrew, just the potential buyers we had to deal with. I just feel that first anecdote summed up Andrew best. I will add in he also gets his hands dirty if needed. He helped me research for a new water heater (for home we were selling) and then helped me install said water heater! Andrew is truly a jack of all trades and if he can't personally take care of something for you he will quickly find someone to get it taken care of. Oh and he did ALL OF THIS for us in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Andrew went above and beyond in all he did while working with me to purchase my lovely condo. He found properties for me to see that matched my criteria and was always prompt and professional in showing them, providing me with Information on each. In the purchasing process he helped in finding a loan officer and in getting through the paperwork. He provided phone numbers for the utility companies I needed to call and even rented a storage unit for me to use to store my furniture until the closing was complete. He was there at the storage unit to help in any way he could. Phone calls were always answered or returned. Andrew is honest, professional, kind and follows up with his clients long after the sale. I highly recommend him!

Andrew was so helpful and patient with us from the get go. We worked with him for over a year for us to get the perfect home. He helped us through the building process and was always an advocate for us with the builder. We truly felt comfortable with any advice he gave us and continues to check in with us all the time to make sure everything is going well! I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

I'll preface this by saying I am a second time home buyer, my girlfriend is a first time home buyer. So before we even started the process, I warned her of all of the pretty things the realtors are going to say and do that kind of made me bitter towards the whole process from my first experiences.

Our initial meeting with Andrew quickly showed that I would not be having the same experience as my first purchase and made her very comfortable with what was to come. This initial meeting we were given so much great information and we're walked through how the entire process would go, what it would look like, and what we need to be prepared for. We quickly realized how friendly Andrew was and were put to ease that this home buying journey would be fun, regardless of how the market is today.

Now, fast forward to after the whole process is done, we were able to find a house we loved and got our offer accepted all just short of a month into beginning our search which is unheard of in the current market. I have no doubt that this is due to the hardwork that Andrew and Will have put in to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for.

Throughout the process Andrew and Will were both extremely professional and helpful all the while it still felt like we were looking at houses and going through this process with friends we had known for years. At every step of the way we were kept up to date with everything going on, we were walked through everything we needed to turn in and everything we needed to do so that the process could go as smoothly as possible, and even when circumstances seemed like they were out of our control, they somehow found a way to get everything back on track and keep the train from derailing.

We are forever grateful for all of the hardwork and help that Andrew and Will have given us during this time that we had originally anticipated to be stressful. Andrew has some serious stick-to-it-iveness!! My husband and I began the process of purchasing our first home last year, and had only a very vague, potentially unrealistic, and not-on-the-same-page concept of what we were actually looking for.

Andrew talked us through every detail of what to expect so we never felt unprepared, and he was a phenomenal communicator. He also had the patience to go above and beyond in showing me something like 30 houses.

When we ultimately put a bid in, it was on a place that was so unexpected and different, but met both of our needs perfectly and even allows us a lot of future opportunity. Many complications involving construction, permits, and general chaos later, we closed after OVER A YEAR! None of this was Andrew's fault, but he stuck it out with us and continued to be a source of information and positivity, and did everything he could to fight for us and our rights as the buyers. He got us to be able to move in long before closing due to our rent situation collapsing, so we were even able to start feeling at home before we ever closed. He was a rockstar of a realtor with some serious endurance for a long and painful purchasing process.
