I recently purchased my first home alongside Anna! I was looking for a realtor that I could trust and someone who had the knowledge and patience to walk me through the homebuying process for the first time. Anna was all of the above and more. Anna was on top of every detail each step of the way. She answered every question I had almost immediately, and helped me navigate some emotional decisions. She was completely upfront if there was something she was unsure of, and proceeded to do the research or find the answers that we needed. She had my back during negotiations, and she was willing to do whatever I needed to feel confident with the due diligence process. Lastly, she connected me with some really great people to do some yard and basement work : ) I highly recommend Anna and I will definitely go to her again when I'm ready to jump back into the world of real estate!

Anna was so great and easy to work with. This was my first time buying and my learning curve was a steep one. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and to clarify each step along the way. She is very down to earth which really put my mind at ease during a new process. I have to imagine there are listings that an agent considers routine. Unfortunately, ours was not. We were moving out of the country, the market was iffy, we had a range of updates and repairs we wanted to make before even listing the house. We were coordinating the sale and the international move all at the same time. And that is where Anna stepped in. Yes she served as our agent. But she was so much more than that…a friend, a confidente, a project manager, a sounding board, a facilitator, you name it. We didn’t feel like “just another listing,” but rather her most important. From arranging for and project managing the contractors while we moved to sending us packages of things we forgot to facilitating our closing remotely (during which time both my wife and I had Covid on top of everything else) Anna literally did it all. She even picked up prescriptions that were late arriving at CVS and shipped them to us. Oh yeah, and she facilitated the sale of our home to a couple of dream buyers, pulling in offers from as far afield as California. Now, if that is routine service from an estate agent, then I am George Clooney. We can never thank her enough nor recommend her highly enough to you in your own pursuits, be it buying a home or selling one.

Anna is highly recommended. She did not stop until I found the home of my dreams! Anna takes the time to get to know you and figure out what you are looking for in a home. Then once you find it, she makes sure everything is in order for closing to the last detail. A truly great realtor.

I have bought and sold houses over a dozen homes in multiple states, working with many real estate agents and agencies. Anna Hassler with Talk to Tucker represents the finest realtor I’ve worked with in 40 years of buying/selling homes. Her client integrity is unmatched; she is unbelievably responsive; as important – she is one of the kindest, most genuine souls you will meet. She helped us purchase and then sell (years later) a home in Indianapolis. Nearly all real estate agents will offer to connect you with their contractors to help with home repairs before/after a home sale. I’ve tried most of the recommendations. Only Anna’s contractors actually helped in a positive (and affordable!) fashion. Her network of contractors represent all of the values Anna exudes. We were long-distance home buyers/sellers. Anna met all of the inspectors, recorded comments when asked, or included us on in-home events via video. She met all contractors when we were unavailable. She even decorated the home with her own possessions in our absence. Anna is the epitome of a real estate agent who creates a customer who in turn attracts customers. I have never been so impressed with a professional and an individual. Never! If you need help buying/selling a home, and desire a highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind person, then Anna Hassler should be your choice.

I previously went through 3 other realtors prior to using Anna. The others were not prompt in getting back to me, did not seem to know the area's I was interested in, and honestly did not appear to really listen to me. Anna listened and worked very hard to find me and my husband the perfect home. She also offered other great suggestions and had a great attitude and sense of humor! From start to finish, Anna was invaluable in the sale of our Rocky Ripple home. She worked hard to help us establish a price, and once it was listed she steered us through several strong bids that came in and advised us on the best bidder to whom to sell. The home needed work to meet the buyers terms and since we lived in another town Anna worked through the repair process as well. She checked on progress during the repairs and reported back to us throughout. We could not have sold our house with such ease without Anna’s help. Closing day went without a hitch. We would highly recommend Anna for any real estate needs in the Indianapolis area!

My husband and I met Anna when I was relocating to the Indianapolis area and initially looking for a rental unit. She provided various options and brought us to a location not initially considered and we loved it! We called Anna again about two years later on our house hunt - she is always courteous, listens to your requests and will go out of her way to find the right fit for her clients. I really cannot recommend Anna enough. She went to bat for us during our home purchase. She spent entirely too much time with us before we made up our minds and she never let on that we were a bother. If we wanted to look at a house at 630pm then she was there to let us in. When our first lender fell through, she had people to contact that worked with us over the weekend.

Anna knows her stuff and knows how to treat clients with the utmost care. She is open, transparent, and honest. A+ across the board.
