To start off I'm a really impatient person. I was in a bit of a time crunch for the time of my lease ending to either needing to renew or go somewhere else. Two years ago, we began the process of selling our home in PA to move to Marion, IN, and, it was Kim Alexander From Tucker Realty who came alongside us in this difficult journey. Looking for a Realtor can be a daunting tasks. After all, who knows who will really market ones property as opposed to sitting back and waiting for tentative responses. I was fortunate to have stumbled upon Tucker Realty in Marion, Indiana. The agent, Kim Alexander was not only competent beyond my expectations, but she went far and above what was normally expected from a real-estate agent. Difficulties arising from the sale were addressed immediately. She was always on call. Day and night calls were promptly returned. I never had to wait an hour or two for a response. When problems arose, she was first to offer suggestions for resolving them. Because I lived out of town, she even went so far as to take care of access issues for repairmen. Finally, when a problem occured which could have delayed closing, it was she who took the initiative to solve it, saving me a considerable amount of time and money. It is without hesitation that I recommend her to anyone selling a home.
