We became associated with Lynette Hofmeister in June of 2019 when it became necessary to sell my mother's home. She worked with us in preparing the house for listing and it SOLD. Being pleased with the first outcome, we decided to place our home on the market, again Lynette assisted in everyway possible. Lynette Hofmeister helped me and my wife through our first home purchase. She knew everything we needed to know about the house and what it had to offer. When we decided that we were going to make an offer she walked us through that. She even helped answer questions we had even at 10 at night. I would 150% recommend her to anyone especially through a first time purchase. I thank her very much for all the help with the confusing times we had.

We worked exclusively with Lynette and she was energetic and personable. We couldn't decide whether we wanted a house or condo so she very patiently showed us both. We went back and forth about the must haves, the square footage, location, etc.. She was always patient and asked us questions about the changes we were making and helped us to understand how they affected the buying process. Lynette gave us updates on new properties almost daily, she was always around to answer questions and give advice. She helped to explain and navigate the purchase process and made sure that the sellers realtor did not take advantage of first time home buyers. She negotiated and renegotiated timelines with the buyers realtor when our lender was holding up the process. My experience with buying my first home was made better because Lynette is very knowledgeable about the process and made us feel as if we were her only clients even though I know we were not.

I contacted Talk to Tucker a month or so after I graduated college to find a home in Hancock County and Lynette pointed me in the direction of Greenfield where I’d get the best quality home for my budget. After a couple misses from the housing market being explosive, Lynette pointed me in the direction of an amazing home and knowing how fast homes were flying off the shelf, we viewed the home on a Friday, she did an amazing job and got the counter offer accepted on that Sunday. A fast pace but without a doubt this whole process has been fast pace and Lynette has been an amazing realtor always getting information pushed through fast. Couldn’t have asked for better for the purchase of my first home!!

Julie and Lynette are second to none when it comes to preparation, due diligence, and most importantly experience. Selling your home under value only benefits the buyer, and that is only in the short term. It is a bad proposition for the seller, neighborhood, and overall market when your home is undervalued. With that said, they are also honest in their assessment and really just let the numbers speak for themselves. Everyone's situation is different of course.
