WHAT IS U.S. MILITARY ON THE MOVE®?
U.S. Military on the Move® is a real estate rebate program offered through F.C. Tucker Company, Inc.’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Military on the Move® helps put cash back in your pocket after closing, based on the actual price of the home you purchase. It’s one of the many ways that we show our appreciation for the sacrifices you and your family have made in service to our country.
HOW DOES THE REBATE WORK?
When you buy or sell a home through U.S. Military on the Move, you’ll receive a cash rebate based on the actual sales price – not a fixed amount based on a range of values – and you’ll receive your rebate at closing! Additional rebates are available when working with Tucker Mortgage and Title Services.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
As a full service company, F.C. Tucker Company will connect you with a local loan officer from Tucker Mortgage and a local real estate expert. These individuals will help you establish your eligibility, getting pre-approved, and buy or sell your home. WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Eligible members include active, retired, wounded warriors, veterans or those who were honorably discharged. Additionally, our Military On The Move program is only available to members that are buying or selling a home with a certified Military Real Estate expert from the F.C. Tucker Company
The rebate does not apply if your home is currently listed on the market. Registration is required prior to contacting a real estate agent and starting the purchase or sale of a home. U.S. Military on the Move cannot be used with other rebates, relocation benefits, or affinity programs.
