It brings me joy to introduce myself as the dedicated and hard-working Team Leader of Nancy’s Real Estate Team. My journey in real estate began from a love and passion for this field.

I'm aware that buying or selling a property can be burdensome and overwhelming, which is why I ensure to guide my clients through each step, equipping them with the knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions that reflect their best interests.

In this ever-changing real estate market, I prioritize staying current. I consistently update myself on market conditions, new listings, and educational requisites. My commitment to knowledge allows me to provide clients with up-to-the-date data, assisting in better negotiation of terms and prices. I serve not just Morgan County but all surrounding areas.

Within my career, I've held notable positions such as the Morgan County Division President in 2004 and also served on the MIBOR Finance Committee. Additionally, I was a part of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership in 2010 and have actively participated in several social events and committees. My commitment to excellence in the field has led to several recognitions, such as the Five Star Award for the years 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 and being included in the 2020 Market Leaders Forbes The 500 List.

As a seasoned agent with over 24 years of full-time service in the Central Indiana real estate market, I've held various roles - from Managing Broker/owner to the current Team Leader of Nancy's Real Estate Team. With continuous efforts and dedication, I have managed to remain in the top 5% of MIBOR. It is not about just finding a house, but a home that best suits your unique needs. I primarily focus on taking the stress off of my clients, providing them with strong negotiation tactics, timely communication, and thorough market knowledge for a seamless experience.
