I live in indy part time and he was so accommodating when i flew into indy on weekends to look at housing.Even after everything was finalized he made sure everything was okay and made sure my move in process was smooth. I've known Patrick for several years from a mutual gym we both go to. When I found out that Patrick worked as a Realtor in the central Indiana area I knew exactly who I would call when my wife and I were ready to find a new home. Review As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous at the prospect of taking on a mortgage, where to start, or if it was even a good idea to be looking at houses amid a pandemic. Patrick listened to my ideas and laid out the plan of where and what to look for in order for us to find a home. He fielded my questions night and day. Within a few weeks when I did find my house, he was prompt at scheduling the showing, made fair negotiations, and was able to help me close on the house I’m in now. Patrick was very helpful in finding us our new home - with houses selling as quickly as they are right now (Summer 2020), it was imperative to get in to see homes as fast as we could, and Patrick did a great job of getting us in to see the houses we were interested in.

As a general rule, I DESPISE seller's real estate agents because they do alot of work getting you to list with them, but very little, or nothing, after you sign the listing agreement (until it's time to collect their commission check, should they be so lucky to have a buyer wander in!) Few try to ACTIVELY sell your home or try to locate buyers. Patrick Tumbarello was the exception to this rule! His work did not stop when the ink dried on the listing agreement. He was actively involved in all phases of the sale including staging, marketing, finding buyers, suggesting contractors for repairs, showings (including sitting in his own open houses!), negotiations and closing details. He was also ALWAYS available by phone (RARELY voicemail!) and completely responsive when I needed him. He gets my highest recommendation (and that's saying something!)

Grateful and Thankful for Patrick. I owned a home in the Greater Indy Area and I live in Pittsburgh. It was my residence until a job change unexpectedly forced me to move back to Pa. After renting the home for 9 years I had come to a point where I was hoping to be able to sell the home and get out from under the mortgage that my renter was helping me pay. The tenant dropped it on me that they were moving and since I live out of state it was going to be VERY difficult for me to manage the property and find a renter willing to take over the lease. So selling it became the only option. I searched the common realtor sites and Patrick was one of 5 recommended in the area and He was the ONLY one who actually called me after discovering my situation. I traveled to Indy in preparation of getting the house ready for listing after the tenant moved and it was a disaster. I truly felt defeated and it seemed like it was going to cost me a fortune to restore damages and carry the mortgage until it was time to sell. Them comes Patrick. He reassured me that house was in need of some TLC, but he didn't waiver and already had a plan and people ready to assist with the repairs and preparation. Be mindful I live over 330 miles away, so needless to say I had to place my trust in him at this point. It was a stressful time for sure and I could just see dollar signs racking up. Within a couple of days he had all the services lined up, schedules set, and was ready to move forward. He was responsive(even on the weekends) and had a direct and truthful answer for every question I had. The crews came in, I was provided contact, photo's, and his professional recommendations every step of the way in building to the listing date. Once the home was prepared, I relied on his expertise in what to ask for the property(since to this point I no longer had to give him my trust, he earned it) and we decided to list. Now I know this isn't typical, but the morning we went to list he called me that evening with a buyer!!! No joke, the offer was submitted and accepted before the house ever hit the market. He arranged all the inspections, items, and negotiating to the point that I never had to leave my home in Pennsylvania to complete the transaction. We used Patrick to sell our home in Admiral's Sound, and the sale occurred 12 days after listing which included Thanksgiving Day/weekend, a slow time for real estate. We found Patrick innovative in his use of marketing tools (e.g. drone photography of the house/lot), photographs and open houses, responsive before, during and after the sale, and just a pleasure to work with.
