I met Patty at my store, and in conversation it came up that she was a realtor.  I asked if she could help us look for a rental. She was very excited and took my information.  The next day we were in contact with her about what our needs were and what we were looking for.  She quickly came up with a number of houses to look at in our budget.  By mid week we were looking at our first houses on our list.   Patty worked very hard to figure out exactly what we needed.  She even took time to sit down one on one with me to dig deeper, to really find out what we were looking for.  I was being very picky about our rental.  We were moving here from a very small community.  So we were looking for something that was not overwhelming and had the perfect school district for our family. After about 9 houses we still weren't satisfied.  Patty found a few homes available in Cicero that matched our needs.  The first house we looked at we fell in love with.  Patty reached out to the leasing company to find out the criteria needed to start the application process.  We  started the process within a few days and were accepted and moving in to our new house. Patty is very friendly and eager to help.  She does everything she can to find what you are looking for. We look forward to working with Patty in the future to help us with our first home purchase.

I met Patty by chance at an open house that I randomly decided to go to one day.  We instantly hit it off and I knew I wanted to work with her.  I had met a lot of other agents already in my short time of house hunting but no one made me feel comfortable in the way she did and this continued throughout our entire process.  My husband and I had a horrible experience when we bought our first home ten years ago and feared another uncomfortable and stressful situation, especially since we were now relocating from Ohio to Indiana.  Unfortunately buying a home will always bring some stress, tears, and even frustration but I know now, with the right team, it will also bring joy and accomplishment.  Patty and the team at Tucker helped us realize our dream of buying a home that fit our growing family, in the right neighborhood, and near the right schools.  My husband and I always felt like we were their only clients and we were not perfect clients.  We had specific needs, wants, and even some financial and credit issues to overcome however they always had our backs.  The day we closed on our home and began to move in I sat on the front steps.  I still had tears but they were no longer from stress or questioning if things will work out.  My tears were of happiness, peace, and accomplishment.  Patty and the team at Tucker were the ambassadors of that.
