As a Butler soccer alumni, my husband and I already loved Ryan! We are first time homebuyers, and Ryan walked us through the process promptly and professionally. I recently sold my home in Westfield and the process was pleasant, smooth and efficient. Ryan was there every step of the way, from offering sound advice on getting the home sale-ready, to expertly finding the best listing price and ultimately selling the home in a single weekend. Ryan's resources allowed us to manage the inspection results and get to the closing table early! Communication is critical during this process and even though I know he's busy, Ryan made me feel like I was his only client. He never made me feel rushed, explained each step along the way, and took all the stress out of a normally stressful situation. While my home wasn't the most expensive home, he made me feel like a VIP client and I appreciated that very much! I met Ryan Foxworthy while I was struggling to find a suitable rental property for my upcoming relocation to Indianapolis. I tried to initially navigate myself through the traditional housing websites with no real success. Luckily, I was connected with Ryan the evening before I was scheduled leave town. Even though it was very short notice, he was willing to discuss my rental interests and needs, and the next morning I was able to meet with him to tour a few of the rentals I was seriously considering. I know there is no realistic way I could have done that on my own. The biggest problem I had that day was choosing between 2 very appealing and great properties that Ryan coordinated at the drop of a hat! This is a good problem to have when living 5 hours away and needing to move next week. Ryan was incredibly quick to respond to my messages, communicated well with the property owners and myself, and just plain hustled to make sure I didn't leave Indy without being happy and secure in my very-near-future rental. Plus he's a cool dude. I'd recommend my family and friends to use Ryan for any realtor needs. I know I will next time I'm going to need a place in the Indy area.
