We were buying from out of state, and had 1 week to buy a house. Timeko was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. She worked extremely hard for us and with us. She held our hand through the entire process, assisted in getting us all the correct information since we were unfamiliar with certain things since we were moving from another state. She provided us with all the information we needed to get utilities set up, found multiple contract workers for us to get some things done before we moved in and even assisted with getting them in and out of the house before we moved in. She was patient with us looking at multiple houses and some houses multiple times. I've purchased many homes in my life and this by far was the best and easiest process of them all. I highly recommend Timeko and her team for all of your buying and selling needs. I truly don't know how we would have bought a house from another state, during a pandemic, with two babys, and working full times jobs if we didn't have Timeko. She really is an absolutely amazing realitor and I highly recommend her!

When we visited our first house she was willing to pray with us about the decision. We did not end up getting that house but she worked hard and kept in contact as she searched for new prospects.
