I recently hired Tracy Ridings to sell my elderly parents’ house in Zionsville. She ran the comparisons for the neighborhood, toured the home and told me that we should invest in a few areas before we put the house on the market. I talked it over with my dad and he didn’t want to spend the money. After we put the house on the market, we received feedback from several of the visiting real estate agents that their clients. They didn’t like some of the things in the house and that it needed upgrades – the same upgrades Tracy had suggested from the beginning. During the Covid-19 shutdown, we pulled the house off the market and upgraded the bathrooms, added new carpeting and installed granite counter tops.
