We found a house that checked off all our boxes, and a few extras we hadn’t even anticipated! We wanted the home for sure. We had no idea who to contact to represent us as our realtor. We grew up around the area, but hadn’t lived in Indiana for decades. A name that came up more than once from friends and relatives was Charmayne Saylors. They said she was very experienced and talented. But the thing that came up most was “She’s really nice!”. That’s a good quality to have for sure, but when it comes to the biggest investment in my life, I am a pretty much “all business”.
