    Agent owned - My wife and I built this home 27 years ago. We carefully selected a small meticulous quality builder, Neil Witmer (Heidelberg Homes), who was on the job site with tool belt on a daily basis. He allowed us to approve most of the sub-contractors and of course we picked the best of the best. We then made sure we upgraded almost all the material selections as you will see by reading the attached list. We carefully tweaked our floor plan so it would flow smoothly and have nice sized rooms. The end result was an absolute pristine home that has had incredible care and upkeep from the start to date.
